Alcaucín, Andalusia 29711

Lucas Fox presents this beautiful 350 m² country house built on a 3000 m² plot located in the famous Sierra de Tejeda Natural Park. Thanks to its location, the views of the Sierra de Tejeda and the entire Alcaucín and Periana valley are incredible. The house is surrounded by wonderful mature gardens and features an area of fruit trees with lemon, orange and avocado trees, among others. We enter the property through the main gate and have access to a large terrace that surrounds the entire house and leads to a garden and pool area. Here, there is also a covered terrace area and an exterior kitchen with a barbecue. We entered the house and found ourselves in the day area, with a living room with a fireplace, a separate kitchen , and a dining room. The night area has four bedrooms, all with their own private bathrooms. We go up to the first floor and we have two bedrooms: the main bedroom with its own bathroom, wardrobe and private terrace and the other bedroom also has a private bathroom.
