Sant Lluís, Balearic Islands 07710

Located in a privileged enclave, facing south and with access from two streets, this house retains all its original charm. It has a large adjoining plot, ideal for designing a beautiful garden, where majestic native wild olive trees already stand out. The rectangular plot also includes small auxiliary buildings that were formerly used for storage and farm animals. Local regulations allow for the construction of a swimming pool. The house is distributed over a ground floor and first floor, organised into two separate sections joined by what currently functions as a kitchen. The layout is in the classic style of Menorcan country houses, with small rooms arranged around a spacious hallway. The original floors are in good condition. The property is sold unfurnished. The images showing it furnished and renovated have been generated using Ai and are shown only as a guide to decoration. In short, this is a property with enormous potential, which is definitely worth a visit before you decide on your dream home. Ref:Vs3178
