Bédarieux, Languedoc-Roussillon 34600

Set in a beautiful and idyllic Mediterranean hilly landscape, within walking distance of a small town with a railway station and amenities, this mazet, with a floor area of approximately 37 m², stands on a plot (1,397 m²) that seems to blend seamlessly with the surrounding countryside. The plot features numerous charming natural stone walls as well as mature regional vegetation, including olive trees, fig trees and more. The rich and varied views can be admired from various vantage points. The property has a number of facilities ( such as reversible air-conditioning, a kitchen, a shower and Loo, a covered terrasse ) that makes it possible to stay here comfortably during your holidays. It is also equipped with an individual sewage system (not in compliance with current regulations) and connected to the mains electricity network. It\'s not connected to the mains water supply but is equipped with a rainwater harvesting system. Despite these facilities, the agricultural or recreational nature of this building must be emphasized. It is therefore not possible to live there permanently or to use it as a main residence. Despite these restrictions on use, the property is situated in a quiet and very pleasant location where one can relax wonderfully. It will be particularly appreciated by people who respect nature and wish to escape the hustle and bustle in an almost self-sufficient manner. A nice added bonus is that the annual local taxes and charges are very low.
