STONE HOUSE AT A SMALL PRICE "NEAR ASPET"... Pleasantly located on the square of a small hamlet in front of the chapel and Mount Cagire this pretty village house awaits you. If you are just starting out in life or if you are looking for a second home near the mountains, do not hesitate to visit this product at an attractive price. I wont hide from you that there is a renovation to be planned, but it is quickly habitable in its current state. On the ground floor you find the living room with fireplace/ insert, a kitchen of 21 m2 (so large enough to dine) with below a cellar, a laundry area and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs there is a bedroom with dressing room and bathroom (and toilet) and a bedroom with sink and bidet. The attic is ideal for large storage spaces. The garden ( 170 m 2) is located behind the house and it is accessible from the house or by a walkway from the street. On this plot there is a large shelter and a small shed for the tools. The cover of the roof has been recently reworked (crocheted canal tiles). Interested? for a visit.
