To the west of Rennes, a renovated longère and its park. The ensemble of about 6,000 m² is bordered by hedgerows and punctuated by trees of different species. Without facing neighboring residences, the former longère and its dependencies are mainly arranged along the edge of a dead-end road that leads to a small hamlet. The dwelling presents a long-plan layout and is organized in a simple volume, raised to a single level. The walls are built in exposed rubble masonry, pointed with visible stone, with stone-framed bays and wooden lintels rhythm the facade. The two-pitch roof is slate, pierced by four dormers, each equipped with a window. The interior, with about 185 m² over two levels, has been renovated to open up the various spaces as much as possible. Near the house, in front of a large terrace, grand oaks line the different buildings. Numerous parking spaces are available on a paved area that precedes the dwelling. A greenhouse adjoins a recent construction that houses the swimming pool.
