About 1 hour from Toulouse, the sea and the Spanish border: Discover this incredible wine estate located at the foot of the Alaric, in the heart of the Corbières. Composed of a huge property of about 850m2, surrounded by a large park of hundred-year-old trees, its enigmatic secular tower, its swimming pool of 11 m X 6 m and its 70 hectares including 30 hectares of cultivated vines, 23 hectares in AOP Corbières and the rest in IGP (Grape Varietal Wine), all easy to access. The estate consists of several buildings. The main house is a mansion of about 570m2 built in 1840, consisting of 21 rooms on 3 levels including 14 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 dining room, 3 offices, 1 workshop, 2 kitchens with gas stove, 1 scullery, 2 laundry rooms, 4 toilets. Remodelled many times, we still find many period features, marble fireplaces, large volumes, original parquet floors, marble staircase etc. Adjoining the house, a large garage with lift, ideal for mechanical enthusiasts.
