Morzine, Rhône 74110

Nestled just under the Retour de Nants ski slope, on the Pleney side of Morzine, with beautiful views over the town and towards the Dents Blanches mountains at the head of the valley. Built in 2005 and maintained in excellent condition ever since, the chalet has 2 double bedrooms on the upper floor sharing a bathroom and a separate toilet, a double bedroom with adjacent separate toilet and bathroom on the garden level, and a double bedroom on the ground floor with an ensuite shower room. The living room has a fireplace and sliding doors opening out on to a large balcony terrace that leads on to a much larger terrace behind the chalet, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine and outdoor dining. The main entrance is on the ground floor and opens through to a garage and storage area, then a sauna and shower room, and a technical space housing the electrically powered tanks that provide hot water to the chalet. There is a bus route that runs up to the Fys lift and down into town, with a stop just below the chalet. An excellent family home that will also work really well as a weekly rental property.
