Sotta, Corsica 20146

RV2313 Porto-Vecchio At ten minutes from Porto-Vecchio and fifteen from Figari airport, this bergerie sits at the heart of the maquis, among holm oaks and granite outcrops, in an unspoilt natural setting open to the mountains. Built in 2016 in dressed stone, the single-storey house offers approximately 116 sq m. The bright living space sitting and dining areas beneath a handsome exposed timber bergerie-style frame opens onto the gardens and the pool set at the front of the house. A fitted, wood-lined kitchen carries the same feeling of authenticity. The sleeping quarters comprise four bedrooms, including a family master suite and three bedrooms with private shower rooms, together a separate WC. Set in approximately 1,522 sq m of landscaped grounds, the property enjoys a pool at the front of the house, a pétanque court, a raised timber terrace among the trees and an outdoor store. A carport and several private parking spaces complete the offering. Residual building rights remain: an extension of around 30 sq m appears feasible, subject to local planning regulations.
