Reference: RLHP-T3562. In the province of Mantua, this recently renovated building for sale, is located a few steps from the city center. Built around 1460 by Luca Fancelli for the Gonzaga family, the property is arranged on a square base, and is divided into several levels for a total internal surface of approximately 2.000 sq m. When it passed into the hands of the current owners, in 1985, the house was subjected to laborious renovations works that have brought to light about 500 sq m of frescoes of the '700, the work of Pietro Mazzoccoli, who on behalf of the Marquis Nerli embellished the forty rooms of the residence. The property is not only adorned with frescoes but also by domes, high coffered ceilings, niches and fountains.
