Viale Lido, Marzamemi, Sicily 96018 Pach

MARZAMEMI, THE OLD TONNARA VILLAGE OF SOUTH-EAST SICILY. Marzamemi is a small fishing village on the southern coast of Sicily . The village grew around an ancient tuna fishery, the " tonnara ", that is still the heart of the place: low stone buildings around a small piazza, a chapel on one side, Italian family restaurants on the other, and the sea right there. In the morning, small boats come back with the day's catch. In the evening, the piazza fills with Italian voices, local wine, and the smell of fresh fish on the grill. This corner of Sicily has kept its soul , with clear water and tiny islands offshore, and the treasures of Noto , Syracuse and Ortigia just a step away. Here time slows down, and the Italian dolce vita is still real. AZURE SEAFRONT VILLA. Azure Seafront Villa sits on a private plot of around 2,500 sqm , right where the coast of south-east Sicily meets the sea. The water starts just outside, and the historic centre of Marzamemi begins a few steps behind, so you have the coast and the village within the same short walk. The plot allows for a fully independent villa of approximately 150 sqm , with its own entrance, a private garden, and a large private rooftop opening onto the sea, where a summer evening lasts for hours. A scenic swimming pool becomes the heart of outdoor life: a place to swim in the morning, rest under the Sicilian sun, and share dinner with the sound of the water in the background. A home to shape the way you always imagined it, in a corner of Italy where summer lasts from spring to autumn.
