MAYBE YOU ARE NOT LOOKING FOR A HOUSE. MAYBE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO START OVER. Imagine closing the gate behind you. And leaving out all that. The traffic. The noises. The hurry. In front of you remain over 10,000 m² of private, fully fenced green space. The trees. The silence. And all around, the vineyards of the Ziano Piacentino countryside. Inside this small world there are two independent houses, over 400 m² of total living space, large rooms, porticoes, terraces, fireplaces and spaces that seem to be waiting only for someone capable of imagining what they could become. I dont want to tell you its a perfect property. Because it isnt. The houses need substantial renovation work, even structural. And perhaps that is the point. Here you dont buy work done by someone else. Here you can create something of your own. You can imagine a house for you and one for your children. A large property where you live together while each keeps their own independence. You can think, and of course check feasibility, of a hospitality structure immersed in the Piacentine vineyards. Or you can simply decide that in life you want a place where you wake up in the morning, open a window, and hear nothing but nature. Looking at these photographs I dont see only cracks, walls to fix or work to face. I see a portico with a big table. I see friends dining on summer evenings. I see a fireplace burning in winter. I see children running in the park. I see two families living close by. I see someone who will one day arrive here, stop under these trees and think: This is the place I have been looking for. Because some properties dont need to be made more beautiful in photographs. They need to meet someone capable of seeing what is not yet there. ? Ziano Piacentino in the heart of the countryside and Piacenza vineyards Two independent dwellings. Over 400 m². Over 10,000 m² of fenced property. A project to build. A second life to begin. Houses arent simply put up for sale. They are presented. And some, even before being presented, must be imagined.
