3 Cole Road, Crosby, MS 39633

Hunting land for sale in Wilkinson County, MS bordering the Homochitto National Forest. Welcome to the Rackbuck 101. This property is as turn key as they come and its just in time for hunting season! Very rarely do tracts like this hit the market. This one checks so many boxes! The brand new 2 bed/1 bath camp sits off of the road in a very secluded area overlooking a beautiful pond. There's more room at the camp site for storage buildings or pole barns to house or store your toys. As you leave the campsite and pond you will find a great internal trail system leading you to the food plots and all through the mixed timber and hardwood creek bottoms. The timber on this tract is very mature and in good health. On the northern end of the tract you will find some planted pines that offer great bedding for your deer herd. The creek flows north and south throughout the property offering some great spots to yelp up a gobbling turkey. Speaking of turkeys and deer, this tract is as gamey as they come. Caleb personally hunted this tract last year and had several mature bucks on camera, several young up and comers, and piles of turkeys. The entire northern border of this tract is made up of the Homochitto National Forest and what is great about this border is that it is very far from any public access making it a very secluded portion of the forest. If 101+- acres ever gets too small, you've got thousands of acres to go and play on and enjoy time with family and friends. Tracts bordering the Homochitto National Forest are rarely available
