The farm includes two 45' x 525' breeder houses built in 2018 and one 45' x 535' breeder house built in 2008. All houses feature Rotem Platinum Plus controllers, Agri-Alert 800EZ alarm systems, Big Dutchman feed hoppers, Valco GrowerSelect feeders, Big Dutchman chain feeders, Plasson nipple drinkers, Cumberland nest systems, large egg rooms, and 60' cool cells. Houses 1 and 2 have plastic slats, Big Dutchman egg tables, and ten 52" Munters fans. House 3 has wood slats, a Cumberland egg table, and ten new 54" Munters fans. Additional improvements include two litter barns and a 150KW Perkins generator. The farm is currently out of production and will require upgrades before returning to breeder production, but offers a strong infrastructure base in a proven poultry-producing region.
