The Back Fourty Four is the perfect weekend getaway spot in West Texas! Situated at the end of an easement road, tucked between a larger property to the East and agriculture to the north, this 44.236 acres is the perfect recreational retreat you've been looking to find! Dedicated easement access number 2 provides around 2500 feet of frontage access along the West side of the property. Plenty of room to select a spot to build a camp or homesite.
