Haight Mountain, Macdoel, CA 96058

Tucked away in the Klamath National Forest on West Haight Mountain, 160+ acre property is one of those places you really have to see to believe. Sitting at about 7,000 ft, it's surrounded by National Forest owned land on 2 sides, wide-open views, fresh mountain air, and incredible rock outcroppings that give it tons of character. A fire came through here over four years ago, opening up the landscape and creating a unique mix of new growth and open space. Wildlife is still abundant, and the property is zoned X1 for Mule tail deer hunting in the fall. Whether you're into hiking, camping, hunting, or just escaping the noise of everyday life, this spot has endless opportunities. You'll experience all four seasons here, from sunny summers to a snowy winter wonderland. Keep in mind, there's no year-round access; When snow hits, the USFS roads aren't maintained. But if you've got a snow machine or Snow Cat, you can still get in & enjoy the property in the winter. This is the kind of land that pictures just don't do justice, you really need to be here to feel the peace & take in the views. Seller financing available. Pictures are before fire.
